Los Alamos Little Theater: Spies July 15-16

In a hilarious 10-minute show for all ages, two ridiculous individuals meet and and try to figure out if the other is a spy. Convinced they are enemies, they try to one-up each other with absurd actions and fighting. That is until they release their most secret spy weapon: the most unbelievable staring contest you will ever witness.

Starring Gwen Lewis and Kate Ramsey. Directed by Paul Lewis. Spies is presented by the Pajarito Players and will be performed at Los Alamos Little Theatre, 1670 Nectar St. Los Alamos.

Showtimes are Friday July 15 at 1pm and 3pm and Saturday July 16 at 1pm and 3pm. Admission is free, but we will be accepting donations. Please join us after the show for some spy-themed goodies and even a take-home treat for the kids!

Rocket Day | July 17


Sunday,  July 17 1:30 – 5pm

The Zia Spacemodelers Rocket Club has been cleared by FAA to launch up to 5,000 feet and will be demonstrating and launching several of their high power model rockets. Weather & wind permitting, they will launch on the hours of 2, 3 & 4pm. Launch control facilities will be provided for those who would like to launch their own low power rockets. Launch Site is located 8 miles north of Espanola, on road toward Taos, Route 68, turn right (east) over the cattle guard, just past the La Villita sign and just before mile marker 8. Look for the signs directing people to the launch site. Event cost: FREE. Bring shade tents, lawn chairs and water!
